Ultra rare home shirt as worn during the season Die Königsblauen managed a 9th place finish in the Bundesliga. During the 1977-78 season, Die Knappen wore Schalke 04 detail on their chest before switching to Deutsche Krebshilfe, a German cancer charity for the following season. In the UEFA Cup, S04 fell to East German rivals FC Magdeburg in the Second Round
