Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Owen for 1980 UEFA European Under-21 Championship Quarter-Final first leg match against Scotland, played at Highfield Road on 12th February 1980. The Three Lions ran out 2-1 winners in the 1st Leg thanks to goals from Owen and Byran Robson. The 2nd Leg a month later at Pittodrie ended in a 0-0 stalemate as Dave Sexton's men set up a Semi-Final tie with East Germany. The likes of Garth Crooks, Terry Butcher, Glenn Hoddle and Cyrille Regis turned out for the Young Lions as they lost out to East Germany 3-1 in the Semis. Owen won 21 caps for the U21s and enjoyed lengthy spells with Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion at club level.
