Vintage San Francisco 49ers Joe Montana #16 MacGregor Sand-Knit jersey, as worn when the San Francsico 49ers won their first ever Super Bowl (1981), defeating the Cincinnati Bengals 26-21, with Montana winning MVP. Montana led the 49ers to 4 Super Bowl victories, winning MVP in three of them. He is also twice NFL regular season MVP and was selected to the NFL 1980s All-Decade Team. In 1997 the 49ers retired Montana's #16 jersey.
