Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Čelić during the period 1981-82. The midfielder came up through the youth team ranks for Yugoslavia but would go on to star for Croatia at senior level winning 3 caps between 1990-93. At club level he enjoyed his best spell with Hajduk Split. This design was worn by the senior side when they successfully qualified for the 1982 World Cup Finals in Spain.
