Notes

The 1991 Pittsburgh Steelers season, the final under legendary head coach Chuck Noll, saw the team finish with a competitive 7-9 record and a second-place finish in the AFC Central. The season was highlighted by the emergence of rookie quarterback Neil O'Donnell and standout defensive performances from Pro Bowlers Rod Woodson and Greg Lloyd, the latter of whom led the team with nine sacks. The Steelers finished the year on a high note, securing back-to-back 17-10 victories over rivals Cincinnati and Cleveland to honor Noll's historic 23-year career.
