Domestically, the Gunners 1992-93 campaign was one to forget, with the side languishing in 10th place at the end of the season. Arsenal’s only consistent source of goals during this period would be from Ian Wright, who bagged 30 in all competitions - yet only half came in the Premier League. After successful cup campaigns which largely redeemed manager George Graham, 1993-94 would see Arsenal exit both the League and FA Cups in the fourth round. However, more consistent league form would see the Gunners finish in 4th spot. The formidable strike partnership of Ian Wright and Kevin Campbell contributed 54 goals, while the watertight defence helped in only shipping 28 goals, by far the Premier League’s best in this campaign
