- Player - Could have been worn by either Martin Pěnička or Peter Dubovský
- Features - Correct player size print professionally heat pressed, long-sleeved, gifted to a former opponent and comes from their personal collection - a CFS COA will be provided
- Specification - Match Issue (Certified) - could be worn or spare
- Match - UEFA U21 European Championship Quarter Finals v Italy - could be from either leg
- Venue - Štadión Antona Malatinského, 11/03/92 or Silvio Appiani, 25/03/92
- Result - Czechoslovakia 1-2 Italy or Italy 2-0 Czechoslovakia
- Appearance - In the 1st leg, #9 was worn by Pěnička who played the full match. In the 2nd leg, #9 was worn by Dubovský who started and played for 56 mins
