Notes

The 1993-94 campaign was arguably AC Milan's greatest season, delivering a historic double of the Serie A title and the UEFA Champions League trophy. Under manager Fabio Capello, the Rossoneri clinched their third consecutive Scudetto via an unprecedented defensive masterclass, conceding a staggering league-record 15 goals all season, marshaled by the legendary backline featuring Paolo Maldini. The season was then immortalized in Athens with a spectacular 4-0 Champions League Final demolition of Johan Cruyff's favored Barcelona "Dream Team." Striker Daniele Massaro, the team's top league scorer with 11 goals, netted a crucial brace in the final, while Dejan Savićević and Marcel Desailly completed the rout, cementing the side's status as one of football's greatest-ever teams.
