In 1993, the Raiders (then based in Los Angeles) enjoyed a resurgent season, finishing with a strong 10-6 record and returning to the playoffs. Led by head coach Art Shell and quarterback Jeff Hostetler, the team secured a thrilling 42-24 Wild Card victory over the Denver Broncos and saw standout performances from Hall of Fame wide receiver Tim Brown and Pro Bowl cornerback Terry McDaniel.
