Notes

The 1994-95 campaign marked Fiorentina's triumphant return to Serie A after their promotion, immediately establishing Gabriel Batistuta as the league's most ruthless striker. Under manager Claudio Ranieri, La Viola secured a respectable 10th-place finish, but the season was defined by the stunning, relentless form of their talisman, 'Batigol.' Batistuta clinched the Capocannoniere title with a sensational 26 league goals, including breaking a 32-year-old record by scoring in the first 11 matches of the season. This golden year also saw the debut of playmaker Rui Costa, who formed a legendary partnership with Batistuta, making it a pivotal chapter that cemented the Argentine's iconic status in Florence.
