Notes

The Dallas Stars demonstrated great resilience during the lockout-shortened 1994-95 season, successfully clinching the eighth seed in the Western Conference to secure their second consecutive playoff appearance. Despite facing significant injuries to star forward Mike Modano, the team remained competitive behind the leadership of Dave Gagner, who paced the club with 42 points, and a solid defensive effort that allowed fewer goals than the league average. Under head coach Bob Gainey, the Stars showcased their potential with a powerful 9-2 victory over Anaheim and a late-season surge that saw them win four of their final six games to solidify their postseason berth.
