Notes

The 1995-96 campaign delivered a season of historic cup glory and domestic strength for Paris Saint-Germain, as the club clinched their first major European trophy, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, with a 1-0 victory over Rapid Wien in the final thanks to a goal from Bruno N'Gotty. Under manager Luis Fernandez, Les Parisiens also secured the Trophée des Champions and finished a strong 2nd in Division 1. Leading the charge in the league was Panamanian forward Julio Dely Valdés, whose 15 goals proved crucial, while Youri Djorkaeff topped the scoring charts in all competitions with 20 goals. This defining campaign, featuring stars like Raí and captain Bernard Lama, established PSG as a true European power and remains a momentous chapter in the club's history.
