Notes

The 1995 Pittsburgh Steelers enjoyed a spectacular season, finishing with an 11-5 record and capturing the AFC Central division title. Led by head coach Bill Cowher and five Pro Bowlers, including star linebacker Greg Lloyd and center Dermontti Dawson, the team showcased great resilience by winning eight of their final nine regular-season games. The season was highlighted by a thrilling AFC Championship victory over the Indianapolis Colts, which propelled the franchise to its first Super Bowl appearance in sixteen years. The 1996 Pittsburgh Steelers enjoyed a successful season, finishing 10-6 and clinching their third consecutive AFC Central title. The year was highlighted by the arrival of Jerome Bettis, who rushed for over 1,400 yards and earned Pro Bowl honors, helping lead the team to a playoff victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Nicknamed "Slash" for his versatility as a quarterback, wide receiver, and punter, Kordell Stewart was a dynamic dual-threat playmaker who led the Pittsburgh Steelers to two AFC Championship Games and earned 2001 Pro Bowl honors during his 11-season NFL career.
