Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Gallacher during the 1996-97 season. The Scotsman had been a regular at Ewood since joining Rovers from Coventry in 93'. He made 39 appearances in all competitions this season bagging 11 goals as Tony Parkes took over and steered the side clear of relegation eventually finishing 13th. He stayed on at Ewood until 99' when he joined Newcastle after 7 years in Lancashire. He continued to be a key player for the Scottish national side this season and won 53 caps in total for his country appearing for the Tartan Army at Euro 92', Euro 96' and France 98'.
