- some slight wear and cracking to print and sponsor as well as Puma logo

- Features - Correct player size print and 'WC 2002' patch professionally heat pressed, J.League patch and 'Wacoal' sponsor machine stitched, small #9 to front, long-sleeved
- Specification - Match Issue
- Design - This design of the 1995 Puma home shirt with alternate sponsors to front and sleeves was used during cup games in the 1996 season after securing promotion to the top flight. For J.League games the Mizuno uniforms were used.
