Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Andersson during the 1997-98 season. The Swede joined Rovers this season from Malmö but struggled to cement a place in the starting XI at Ewood. He made 8 appearances in all competitions as Roy Hodgson took the side to a 6th placed Premier League finish. The midfielder found the net once this year in a 6-0 thrashing of Lancashire rivals Preston in the League Cup. He opted to leave England for Danish Superliga outfit Aalborg early on the following season and helped the side to the League title before later enjoying spells with Benfica, Belenenses and a return to Malmö. He continued to feature for the Swedish national side this season and earned 27 caps between 1994-2005 featuring at Euro 2000 and Euro 2004.
