Ultra rare third shirt worn by DC as they soared to victory in the MLS Eastern Conference and were crowned champions of the MLS Cup after a 2-1 Victory over Colorado Rapids. The Black and Red became the first and only club to win consecutive MLS Cups after lifting the trophy in their inaugural season in 1996, this record was later matched by Houston Dynamo in 2007.
