Notes
Famous home shirt as worn at the 1998 World Cup which the nation hosted. The side eased through their group, beating South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Denmark before passing tougher tests with a late Laurent Blanc golden goal against Paraguay, penalty shoot-out drama with Italy and a controversial win over Croatia in the Semi-Finals. To round off the great run they thrashed reigning champions Brazil 3-0 in the Final at the Stade de France thanks to a great display from Zinedine Zidane
