Notes

Away shirt as worn when John Barnes and Kenny Dalglish took over as a management team.  The side struggled, finishing 21 points behind Rangers in 2nd spot, although some success did come in the form of the League Cup after Barnes had departed in February. This season was Mark Viduka's one and only full season with the Bhoys, and made an impact on the SPL with 27 goals in 37 appearances before making the £6m move to Leeds United
