info & sizing

Player - Young up and coming midfielder Richard Cooper #22

Features

  • Correct player size print and Nationwide Football League sleeve patches professionally heat pressed
  • Fully embroidered club crest
  • Comes from the player's own personal collection - a signed letter verifying this will be provided

Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Cooper during the 1999-00 season. The youngster made his senior debut for the side this season coming on as a late substitute for Marlon Harewood in a thrilling 3-2 win over Stockport County at Edgeley Park. It was to be his only appearance as Forest looked to win promotion back to the Premier League but could only manage a 14th placed finish in the First Division. The youngster had come up through the ranks with his local side and stayed with Forest for one more season after this before joining York City in 2001 in search of more game time and later enjoyed spells with Alfreton Town and Eastwood Town. This classy design Umbro template had been worn as the side's away kit the previous two seasons and was given one last run out as Forest's 3rd kit this year with new look Nationwide Football League sleeve patches.
