Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Đokaj during a U21 European Championship qualifying match against Ireland, played at Tolka Park on 31st August 1999. Yugoslavia ran out 2-0 winners in this one thanks to a brace from Đokaj who came on as a second-half substitute. They finished second in the group, recording only one loss to qualify for the finals.
