Classic Toronto Raptors Vince Carter #15 Nike Swingman jersey, as worn during his final season with the Raptors. Carter, who started his NBA career at Toronto, won NBA Rookie of the Year in his first season (1998-99). He is an 8-time NBA All-Star who was picked fifth overall by the Golden State Warriors in the 1998 NBA Draft, however was traded to the Raptors straight away for fourth pick Antawn Jamison, Carter's college teammate.
