Notes

2014–15 season, AC Sparta Prague finished as runners-up in the Czech First League, securing 67 points and finishing five points behind champions FC Viktoria Plzeň. Led by star forward David Lafata, who finished as the league's top scorer with 20 goals, Sparta earned qualification for the subsequent season's UEFA Champions League third qualifying round. On the continental stage, after losing to Malmö FF in the Champions League third qualifying round, they transitioned to the UEFA Europa League, where their campaign ultimately ended following a third-place finish in the group stage behind Napoli and Young Boys.
