Home shirt as worn when the Seleção made it 5 World Cup triumphs in Yokohama. Brazil were drawn into Group C alongside Turkey, Costa Rica and China and topped the group with three wins from three. In the Round of 16 Brazil breezed passed Belgium thanks to a stunning volley from Rivaldo and a Ronaldo counter-attack. England was the next obstacle for Brazil in the Quarter Finals and once again two of the “Three R’s” were on target for the Seleção, with Ronaldinho lobbing David Seaman from a free-kick to give Brazil a 2-1 win and a tie with Turkey in the Semi Final. A 49th minute goal from eventual top scorer of the tournament Ronaldo was the only goal between the two sides. Ronaldo was again the difference maker in the Final against Germany, with the Inter Milan man scoring twice in the 67th and 79th minute to guide Brazil to their 5th World Cup success
