The 2002 Buffalo Bills showed significant improvement under head coach Gregg Williams, finishing with a balanced 8-8 record and a high-powered passing attack that ranked third in the NFL. Led by Pro Bowl quarterback Drew Bledsoe, who threw for a then-franchise record 4,359 yards, and standout performances from 1,000-yard rushers Travis Henry and Eric Moulds, the team remained competitive throughout the season and secured exciting overtime victories against the Vikings and Bears.
