A close game saw the Slovenes claim their first ever win over their neighbours thanks to a first half goal from Lecce striker Sebastjan Cimirotič. Radosavljević started on the bench but came on for Goran Šukalo on 66 minutes. The defensive utility man went on to win 39 caps in total for his country between 2002-13 and featured at the 2010 World Cup.
