Notes

The 2003-04 campaign delivered a turbulent season of transition for Galatasaray as Cimbom slumped to a disappointing 6th-place finish in the Süper Lig, missing out on European qualification. The season was defined by a managerial shift in March, when the legendary Fatih Terim was replaced by club icon Gheorghe Hagi. Despite the instability, forward Necati Ateş proved decisive, scoring 14 goals for the side in a season built on the immense pressure of their passionate supporters and a dramatic European adventure that included a memorable Champions League group stage victory over Juventus. It was a challenging year that marked the end of the club's dominance and remains a key chapter in Cimbom's modern history.
