Notes - Away shirt as worn when the side reached the League Cup Final in 2004 with Okocha himself scoring 2 Free Kicks in the Semi Final against Aston Villa. This shirt was also worn as the side qualified for the UEFA Cup in the following campaign with an impressive 6th place finish in the Premiership.
