The 2004-05 campaign delivered a heartbreaking end to an era for Brescia, as Le Rondinelle finished a crushing 19th in Serie A, resulting in relegation to Serie B after five consecutive seasons in the top flight. Despite the spectacular effort of Andrea Caracciolo, who fired in 12 goals, and the presence of veteran star Luigi Di Biagio, the team’s inconsistency proved fatal under two different managers. The season was a dramatic, tense fight for survival that ultimately marked the end of a memorable chapter for the club.
