Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Pavan during the 2004-05 season. The defender was entering his first season with the side following his move from Modena. He went on to make 29 appearances as Walter Novellino guided the side to the Quater-Finals of the Coppa Italia and a 5th place finish in Serie A. Pavan enjoyed a two-year spell with Sampdoria before joining Livorno in 2006.
