Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Jaqua during the 2005 season. The striker enjoyed his best season for goals this year netting 7 times in 21 appearances as Chicago finished 4th overall in the MLS to reach the Playoffs before losing out to New England Revolution. He stayed on for one more season in the Windy City before joining LA Galaxy in 2007 and later had spells with Houston Dynamo and Seattle Sounders.
