Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Grafer during the 2005 season. The former Colorado Rapids man returned to the USL outfit for one final season before hanging up his boots. He made 19 appearances as the Rough Riders finished 6th in the USL Second Division and reached the second round of the Open Cup. Grafer enjoyed multiple spells with the Long Island club, first representing them in 1996 on loan from Colorado.
