Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Evans during the 2006-07 season. The former England Under-21 shot-stopper joined the Seasiders this season after 3 years at the County Ground with Swindon Town. He became the side's first choice in between the sticks making 38 appearances in all competitions as Simon Grayson led the side to a 3rd place finish and a spot in the play-offs. He stayed with the club until 2008 when he joined Millwall and later had spells with the likes of Bradford, Bristol Rovers, and Southend.
