Notes

The 2006-07 campaign delivered an historic high point for Empoli as the Azzurri clinched a spectacular 7th-place finish in Serie A. This monumental achievement secured the club's first-ever qualification for the UEFA Cup. Leading the charge was the prolific veteran striker Luca Saudati, whose 14 crucial goals proved decisive in a campaign built on grit and tactical discipline. It was a golden year that remains the defining chapter in the club's modern history.
