Notes
Home shirt as worn when the side finished 4th in the Championship, earning a spot in the Play-Offs despite a tumultuous season that saw four different managers take the helm at The Hawthorns. Bryan Robson left the club in September and was replaced by caretake managers Nigel Pearson and Craig Shakespeare, who were then permanently replaced by Tony Mowbray in October. The Baggies faced local rivals Wolves in the Play-Off Semi-Finals, winning 4-2 on aggregate, only to fall to a 1-0 defeat to Derby in the Final
