Home shirt as worn by Garforth Town in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division. Just a few seasons prior, the side faced a difficult few seasons until owner and coach Simon Clifford took over in 2004. Clifford started a Brazilian-style soccer school in Leeds during the late 90s, where he popularised futsal after a trip to Brazil in which he studied their style of play. He was able to convince Brazilian legend Sócrates to sign a one-month player-coaching deal in which he made one appearance at 50-years-old despite being retired for over ten years! Garforth's strip is also quite reminiscent of Brazil, a coincidence or not?
