Notes - One official SensCilia/Lextra player issue patch used by teams who competed in the FA Cup when it was sponsored by E.ON from the start of the 2006/07 season to the end of 2010/11. The patch was used by teams who were in the Final and in later years also the Semi-finals, sometimes it was used as a pair but again later was paired with a FA Respect patch
