Notes

Rare home shirt as worn when Le Rondinelle finished in 4th place in Serie B, gaining a spot in the playoffs. I Biancazzurri would beat Empoli in the semi-final but would be beat by Livorno, drawing 2-2 at home and losing 3-0 in the return match
