The former LA Galaxy man was making his way through the ranks at international level and had previously featured for the U-17, U-18 and U-20 sides. He featured 4 times for the U-23s with all 4 appearances coming in 2008 but would never win a senior cap for his country. The defender enjoyed club spells with a whole host of MLS sides including the likes of Real Salt Lake, Seattle Sounders, Houston Dynamo and Colorado Rapids.
