Notes

The 2010-11 campaign for Anderlecht was defined by the sensational emergence of their teenage phenomenon, Romelu Lukaku. As the defending champions, the Purple and White mounted a fierce title defence, ultimately finishing a respectable 3rd in the Pro League after the Championship Play-offs. Lukaku’s 16 crucial league goals, which anchored the attack, proved the crowning individual achievement of a season that saw the team, under manager Ariel Jacobs, post a remarkable 15-match unbeaten run. It was a standout year that confirmed Lukaku as the division's next superstar and provided the final, electric chapter of his first spell with the club before his transfer to Chelsea
