Notes

During the 2010–11 season, KV Mechelen underwent a managerial transition as newly appointed head coach Marc Brys took over from Peter Maes. Competing in the Belgian Pro League, the team narrowly missed out on the upper-tier Championship Play-offs, finishing the 30-game regular season in 7th place with 48 points. Midfielder Julien Gorius spearheaded the squad's offensive output as the club's top scorer, netting 10 goals in regular-season action and an additional 3 goals during Play-off II. The roster also featured a young Christian Benteke, who contributed significantly during his loan spell from Standard Liège
