Notes

The 2010-11 campaign was a turbulent season of mid-table consolidation for VfB Stuttgart, with Die Schwaben ultimately finishing 12th in the Bundesliga after a difficult start. Leading the charge were the joint top scorers, the reliable midfielder Zdravko Kuzmanović and the prolific forward Martin Harnik, who both notched 9 crucial league goals apiece. Kuzmanović and Harnik's firepower proved vital for the team, which also saw a run to the Europa League Round of 32. It was a year of managerial changes and a transitional period for the club, providing a challenging yet ultimately stable foundation for the seasons ahead.
