Player -Towering Werder Bremen centre-back Sebastian Prödl #15
Player shirt features - Correct player size plastic material printing professionally heat pressed, long sleeved version not commercially available, swapped with a Denmark player and comes from their own personal collection - a signed letter verifying this will be provided
Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Prödl for the friendly match against Denmark, played at the Ernst Happel Stadion on 3rd March 2010. This was the first meeting between the nations since a 3-0 victory for the Danes way back in 1991. It would be Austria who had the last laugh here though running out 2-1 winners thanks to goals from Franz Schiemer and Roman Wallner with Nicklas Bendtner grabbing a consolation goal for the visitors. Prödl started on the bench before coming on for Aleksandar Dragović midway through the second half. The former Sturm Graz man had earned his first cap back in 2007 and continued to be a key player for his country during this time. He made an impressive 73 appearances in total for Austria the last of which came in 2018 and notably featured for the Burschen at Euro 2016 in France.
