Notes

A fan favourite, this shirt is an emblem of a historic season Chelsea's history. It was worn by a team of legends, including Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba, as they lifted the UEFA Champions League for the first time in the club's history, managed by Roberto Di Matteo in a caretaker role. In what was the final kick of his first spell at the club, Didier Drogba scored the winning penalty against Bayern Munich in the shootout, sending the fans into raptures. The Blues also beat Liverpool in the FA Cup final to seal an unlikely double. The team's fighting spirit and determination were on full display in the final months of the season.
