Notes

The 2011-12 campaign delivered a brilliant debut season for Swansea City in the Premier League, as the first Welsh team to compete in the competition, securing a remarkable 11th-place finish under manager Brendan Rodgers. Leading the line was striker Danny Graham, whose 12 league goals (14 overall) proved decisive in a campaign built on the stylish 'Swansea Way' of football and memorable home victories. This historic year saw the Swans earn crucial wins against Arsenal, Liverpool, and eventual champions Manchester City, cementing their top-flight status with two games to spare and remaining a defining chapter in the club's modern history.
