Notes

The 2012-13 campaign delivered a strong, consistent season for Everton as The Toffees finished 6th in the Premier League, securing a top-six finish and ending above rivals Liverpool for the second consecutive season. This memorable year was defined by the emotional end of David Moyes' transformative 11-year management tenure at Goodison Park. Spearheading the charge was the superb midfield power of Marouane Fellaini, whose 11 league goals proved decisive and often spectacular. The season was instantly immortalized with a stunning 1-0 opening-day victory over Manchester United, sealed by a thunderous Fellaini header, and included a key 2-0 home win against reigning champions Manchester City. It was a proud and defining farewell to the Moyes era, built on grit and an enduring consistency.
