Notes

The 2012-13 campaign for Kilmarnock, under manager Kenny Shiels, saw The Killie navigate a season of transition to secure a 9th-place finish in the Scottish Premier League. As defending League Cup champions, their cup runs were frustratingly short, but the team's grit ensured their continued top-flight status. Leading the attack were the joint league top scorers, Cillian Sheridan and the dependable Paul Heffernan, who each bagged 9 crucial goals. This year proved the team's resilience and marked their final season in the old SPL structure.
