Notes

The 2012-13 campaign was a devastating return to the elite for Pescara as Delfini finished a crushing 20th in Serie A, resulting in immediate relegation after two decades away. The season was defined by a chaotic managerial merry-go-round and a record-setting defensive collapse, conceding an astonishing 84 goals. Despite the four league goals from joint-top scorers Vladimír Weiss and Mervan Çelik, and the flashes of promise from loanees like the young star Juan Quintero and future Italy goalkeeper Mattia Perin, the team could not arrest the slide. This deeply frustrating, but unforgettable, year served as a painful reminder of the challenges of the top flight and remains a defining chapter in the club's history.
