Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Vestergaard ahead of a DFB Pokal match during the 2012-13 season. Hoffenheim exited to cup in the First Round following a shock 4-0 defeat to Regionalliga Nord outfit Berliner AK 07. Vestergaard enjoyed a four-year spell with Hoffenheim, making 82 appearances before joining Werder Bremen in 2015.
