Notes

The 2012-13 New York Knicks season was a landmark year for the franchise, highlighted by a dominant 54-28 record and their first Atlantic Division title in 19 years. Led by league scoring champion Carmelo Anthony and Sixth Man of the Year J.R. Smith, the team electrified Madison Square Garden with a high-powered offense that set a then-NBA record for three-pointers made in a season. The Knicks reached the Eastern Conference Semifinals after defeating the Boston Celtics in the opening round, marking their most successful postseason run in over a decade and re-establishing the team as a premier force in the league. The 2013-14 New York Knicks season was highlighted by the historic individual brilliance of Carmelo Anthony, who earned All-Star honors and set a franchise record with a spectacular 62-point performance against the Charlotte Bobcats. Despite facing significant injury challenges, the team showed great resilience by finishing the season with a strong 16-5 run to remain in playoff contention until the final week. The campaign also saw the promising emergence of rookie Tim Hardaway Jr., who earned All-Rookie First Team honors, and a rejuvenated Amar'e Stoudemire, providing fans with many exciting moments at Madison Square Garden. A ten-time All-Star and 2013 scoring champion, Carmelo Anthony was a prolific forward who led the New York Knicks to three playoff appearances and their first division title in 19 years during his seven seasons with the franchise.
